Digital products

Spudies consumer digital packs are one-time payments with ongoing personal access. The €12.99 Spudies Family Activity Collection and €29 Guardian Collector & Family Game Pack are personal or household digital purchases. The €29 Human Signal Personal Reset System is a one-time personal-use digital purchase for older teens and young adults. The Spudies Whole-School Learning & Wellbeing Programme is a €149 one-time purchase for one school, club or group. Human Signal for Teens & Young Adults is a €49.99 one-time purchase for one school, youth club, youth service, college department or organised group. Programme resources you download are yours to keep and use within the purchasing group. There are no recurring charges. Future resources or content updates are not included or promised. Purchases made under earlier terms retain the benefits agreed at checkout.

What's included and how access works

Each product page lists exactly what is included. Core access is delivered as downloadable PDFs through the Spudies site. The School and Teen programmes also include an optional published Life, Study & Work planner hosted by Notion; that bonus is provided as an editable convenience and the programmes work fully without it. Third-party services such as Notion are subject to their own availability and terms. If something goes wrong with a Spudies download or access link, email spudiebuddys@gmail.com and we will help.

Printing licences

Personal-use digital packs are for personal or family use under their stated licence. The Human Signal Personal Reset System is for one purchaser or household and may not be distributed to a school, club, service, class or wider group. Teachers may print the other consumer packs for their own classroom where the stated licence allows. The Spudies Whole-School Learning & Wellbeing Programme is purchased through /schools, while Human Signal for Teens & Young Adults is purchased through /human-signal. Each programme purchase covers use and printing within one purchasing school, club, service, department or organised group as described on the relevant product page. Downloaded resources may continue to be used there.

Refunds

Consumer digital packs, including the Human Signal Personal Reset System, are supplied for immediate access after purchase. Before checkout, we ask you to expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right will end once supply of the digital download begins. If supply has not begun, any statutory cancellation right that applies remains available. This does not affect your legal rights if digital content is faulty, not supplied, inaccessible because of an issue on our side, materially different from its description, or you were charged incorrectly. Email spudiebuddys@gmail.com and we will put it right. The Spudies Whole-School Learning & Wellbeing Programme and Human Signal for Teens & Young Adults have separate institutional/group-use terms.

Step Forward footwear: price and delivery

Step Forward shoes are physical, artist-designed canvas footwear, produced after you order. Each pair contains two different original designs. The displayed checkout total for delivery within the Republic of Ireland includes the pair and standard delivery. We currently only accept Ireland delivery addresses through this checkout. Sizes use US women's sizing with UK, EU and foot-length conversion guides; please check carefully before ordering. Product images are digital design previews and appearance may vary slightly when printed.

Production begins after successful payment and order confirmation. Delivery is not instant. We will provide the estimated delivery or dispatch information available for your order, and will contact you if there is a material delay. If a delivery date was not agreed, applicable statutory delivery rules still apply. Contact spudiebuddys@gmail.com with an order reference if you need an update or if your parcel has not arrived.

Step Forward footwear: cancellation and returns

For ordinary, non-personalised shoes purchased online, consumers generally have the right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving a reason. Simply being produced after you place an order does not necessarily make a standard design personalised. Statutory exceptions apply only where legally relevant, such as goods genuinely made to a customer's individual specifications.

To cancel, email spudiebuddys@gmail.com with your order reference and an unambiguous cancellation request within the cancellation period. You may use this sample wording: “I wish to cancel my Step Forward shoe order [reference], placed on [date] and received on [date].” We will give you the return instructions. For change-of-mind returns, you must send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation, and you are responsible for the direct cost of returning them where the law permits. We refund amounts required by law using the original payment method within the applicable period, subject to lawful rules concerning receipt of the returned goods or proof of return.

If footwear is faulty, damaged, not as described or not delivered, contact us promptly with your order reference and a description, plus photos where useful. Your statutory rights to remedies, including repair, replacement or refund where applicable, are not affected by our made-to-order production model. You will not be charged return shipping for a return we are legally required to remedy.

Spudies is a creative wellbeing, kindness and storytelling universe. It is not therapy, a clinical intervention, or medical or psychological advice, and it does not promise any health outcome.

Intellectual property

The Spudies characters, artwork, stories and content are owned by their creator. You may print and use the activities as described above, but you may not resell, redistribute or relicense them.

Acceptable use

Please use the site and its activities kindly and honestly. Do not misuse the Spudied check-in, purchase flow or partner enquiry form, or submit information that is not yours.

The site is provided "as is"

Spudies is provided in good faith. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the site or its printable activities.
